Whats the "efficient" way of lighting an apartment?
ceiling, floor, table, either one, it all depends on the wattage of the bulb. the higher the wattage, the higher the bill. good luck!

floor lamps? Go to ikea.com and look under lamps. For a great lighting idea, use rope lighting, hang from ceiling with a form you make out of an old hanger and parachute material.
