what is the rule when wearing panty hose with dresses and skirts. colors, ex. black skirt, black panty hose?
the black skirt/black hose is a bit outdated nowadays. if you need to wear pantyhose, go for the skin toned kinds. if you're in warmer climate and do not need a hose, by all means, you don't have to wear one.

I saw some cute ones at Wal mart last week. They had knee high and long ones, without the slits. They were olive, denim and beige. And of course, they were modest prices.
