How To Rig A Cooler/IceChest???
Basically just get you a aerator from a tackle store or walmart for around $30-$40 and whatever size cooler you want to use. Hook up the aerator and put the hoses and air stones inside the cooler. I would suggest takeing a drill and drill holes into the cooler for the aerator hoses just below the lid of it. If you run the hoses between the lid and cooler, chances are someone will sit on it and it will crush those hoses cutting off air to your bait, so your bait will die before you know it....
African Violet...What can I do?
have you tried fertilizing with a african violet food? It is worth the cost to buy the special stuff, mine bloomed shortly after. Read the instructions carefully though because you can over do it which will cause it to only produce leaves and not flowers....
Re-potted African Violet Question?
try giving it a soak of 10-52-10 or 10-60-10 fertilizer from the bottom. let sit for 30 minutes, then drain completely. allow to dry completely before soaking again. this shoud get your african violet out of the shock of being repotted. continuing this drying out & soaking with this fertilizer should cause continuing bloom...
can a little bend in copper tubeing cause low pressure?
how thick is the copper tubing? regardless if you have good pressure from the supply, if you reduce it to lets say 1/2 in to 1/4" copper tubing it will restrict the flow. Also on another note, if you installed a new faucet, take the aerator off the faucet. The aerator is the cap located where the water comes out of the faucet., just turn counterclockwise, run the water then, is is still slow? most times it can be the aerator caused by particles flowing through the old pipe to the new faucet. rin...
